POUR UNE DÉTENTE EXPRESS ...
A faire soit allongé, soit assis, yeux fermés :
Prendre une grande inspiration par le nez
Retenir son souffle et contracter tous les muscles du corps, du visage, des bras, des mains, des jambes, des pieds
Tenir ainsi contracté le souffle retenu autant que possible
Relâcher et souffler par la bouche fortement (en visualisant tous les tracas qui s'évacuent par la bouche).
Répéter jusqu'à sentir les tensions se dénouer.
